Blue is Hong Kong's first digital life insurer. No agents. Customers answer a few questions online and get coverage instantly. The model is built on something pretty simple: people know what insurance they need and should not have to sit through meetings and paperwork to buy it.

But Blue was launching into a market where established insurers were already going digital. Being "digital first" alone was not going to be enough. Blue needed a website that was actually easier to use than the competition, and a campaign that brought in leads fast.
