TheRedScroll is operated by BeyondBorderGroup LTD, registered in Hong Kong SAR. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

TheRedScroll provides social media marketing, content production, advertising, influencer marketing, and related digital marketing services focused on China's social media platforms. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements.

Website use

When using our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, send unsolicited communications or spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or collect data without our permission, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TheRedScroll unless otherwise stated. Client work product transfers to the client upon full payment of all applicable fees, unless specified differently in the client agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, give timely approval of deliverables and content, ensure that materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights, and pay all agreed fees according to the payment terms in their agreement.

Payment terms

Payment terms are monthly in advance unless otherwise specified in the client agreement. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is more than 15 days overdue.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for two years after the end of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service involved.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TheRedScroll harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
